Volleyball Recap: West Point Comes Up Short

West Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Montgomery Catholic Knights.

Laklin Shadix paced West Point's offense, picking up five kills. Shadix got some help from Patton Fell and her six assists.

West Point now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Montgomery Catholic, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, West Point will venture away from home to challenge Winston County at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Montgomery Catholic, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Mount Pisgah Christian on the 23rd.
