Softball Recap: Thomas Walker Comes Up Short

Thomas Walker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Whitley County Colonels, falling 13-1.

Thomas Walker's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Whitley County, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-12 record this season.

Thomas Walker will venture away from home to face off against Hancock County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Indians will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Pioneers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Whitley County, they will head out on the road to challenge Bell County at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
