Cameron has gone a perfect 9-0 against Carrollton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Dragons will square off against the Trojans at 5:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Cameron lost 3-0 to Maryville on Thursday. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-14, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Carrollton came up short against Knob Noster on Thursday and fell 3-1. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Knob Noster scored at least 21 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 21-25, 25-21, 25-21.

Carrollton's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Cameron, their loss dropped their record down to 3-17.

Everything went Cameron's way against Carrollton in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as Cameron made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
