Football Recap: Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams Skates Past Panguitch with Ease

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams had no problem doing just that on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 55-6 victory over the Panguitch Bobcats. Considering the Marauders have won four matchups by more than 39 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

David Shern continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 182 yards and five TDs on only 11 passes, while also rushing for 92 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only nine carries. He has become a key player for Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least three passing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.

Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Shayne Simpson and Justin Osamudiamen. Osamudiamen is also crushing it when it comes to total tackles: he's made at least five every time he's taken the field this season. Another thorn in Panguitch's side was Houston Snow, who picked up a sack and made seven total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Panguitch, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
