Eleanor Roosevelt is a perfect 10-0 against Suitland since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Raiders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rams at 4:30 p.m. Eleanor Roosevelt is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.3 runs per game this season.

While Eleanor Roosevelt's victory against Parkdale wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Raiders never let the Panthers get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Friday.

The result came thanks to Cannon Knight's shutout, as he gave up just four hits and racked up 13 Ks.

At the plate, Eleanor Roosevelt saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was DJ Fuller, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Fuller also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

Meanwhile, Suitland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 13-11 heartbreaker at the hands of Wise. Even if the Rams couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

De'Mario Breaker stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: he went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Ace McDuffie was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Eleanor Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Suitland, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Everything went Eleanor Roosevelt's way against Suitland when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Eleanor Roosevelt made off with a 14-0 victory. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
