Volleyball Recap: Trevor Anderson and Robbie Hacker Secure Win for San Dieguito Academy

San Dieguito Academy extended their postseason success on Thursday against University City. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Centurions. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

San Dieguito Academy never let University City on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, 25-23.

San Dieguito Academy was led to victory by Robbie Hacker and Trevor Anderson. Hacker had five digs and three aces, while Anderson had 34 assists and eight digs. Those three aces gave Hacker a new career-high.

San Dieguito Academy's win bumped their record up to 22-16. As for University City, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 19-11 record.

After both having extra time off, San Dieguito Academy and Clairemont will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. University City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
