Volleyball Recap: Stephens County Comes Up Short

Stephens County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Morgan County Bulldogs. The Indians were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in September of 2015.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16.

Stephens County's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Morgan County, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Stephens County and Morgan County will both be playing North Oconee the next time they take the court. The Indians will head out to face the Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
