Century hasn't had much luck against Highland recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Diamondbacks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rams at 4:00 p.m. Century is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.
Century is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past South Fremont 19-9 on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Diamondbacks.

Ally Evans was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off two hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with four runs, one triple, and two RBI. Those four runs gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lyndsee Ferguson, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs, four RBI, and one double. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kennadi Ozburn, who went 2-for-5 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple.
Century kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Highland entered their match against Madison on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Rams lost 11-4 to the Bobcats.
Highland saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Reece Bybee, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Emerson Gifford was another, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Century's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-8. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Highland, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-4.
