The Heritage Hawks will challenge the Marshall Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Heritage comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
Heritage fell victim to Sullivan and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Redskins, falling 17-0.

Heritage saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Faith Latham, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double. Latham is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.
Westville typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Marshall proved too difficult a challenge. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 16-9 win. Considering the Lions have won 13 contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Haley McGuire was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over 6.2 innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. McGuire was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lynn Welborn, who fired off three home runs, four runs, and two stolen bases while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in RBI (five). Another player making a difference was McKenzie Davis, who went 4-for-5 with one home run and three RBI.
Marshall kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. They got five more hits than Westville's also-impressive total of 12.
The victory made it two in a row for Marshall and bumps their season record up to 16-6. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Heritage, their loss dropped their record down to 0-16.
