Foothills Christian won the last time they faced Montgomery, and Josiah Crenshaw did his part to make sure it happened again. The Foothills Christian Knights were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Montgomery Aztecs on Tuesday with plenty of help from Crenshaw, who had 21 digs and one assist. That's the most digs he has posted since back in April of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14, 25-20.

Foothills Christian's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1. As for Montgomery, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-5.

Looking ahead, Foothills Christian will challenge Santa Fe Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. This will be Foothills Christian's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Montgomery, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Helix on the 6th.
