Swartz Creek had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They put the hurt on the Holly Bronchos with a sharp 66-43 victory. Given the Dragons' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 154th, while the Bronchos are ranked 456th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Swartz Creek's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.7 points over those games. As for Holly, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-15.
