Football Game Preview: Tensas Academy Chiefs vs. Tallulah Academy Trojans

Tensas Academy hasn't had much luck against Tallulah Academy recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Chiefs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. Tensas Academy has given up an average of 31.7 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Tensas Academy is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Louisiana's top teams: Claiborne Academy, who was ranked fifth at the time (Tensas Academy was ranked 12th). The Chiefs came up short against the Rebels on Friday, falling 48-28. The Chiefs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-12.

Meanwhile, Tallulah Academy came up short against Porter's Chapel Academy on Friday and fell 36-28.

Tensas Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Tallulah Academy, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Tensas Academy couldn't quite get it done against Tallulah Academy when the teams last played back in August of 2024 as they fell 26-18. Can the Chiefs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
