Northview came tearing into Friday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took their game with ease, bagging a 59-24 win over the North Putnam Cougars. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Northview has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for North Putnam, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northview will be home for the holidays to greet Cloverdale at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North Putnam, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on North Montgomery at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
