Baseball Recap: Beatty Victorious

Beatty made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Beaver Dam, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Beatty was the clear victor by a 12-6 margin over Beaver Dam on Friday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Hornets' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Beatty let Abelino Felix and Jose IxtaBlanco run wild. Felix scored two runs while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances, while IxtaBlanco scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most runs Felix has posted since back in March of 2024. Christian Molina was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
