Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Gate). They blew past the Huntington Park Spartans 12-2 on Monday. The Rams not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since March 21, 2024 (when they won 18-0).

The win made it two in a row for South Gate and bumps their season record up to 9-16. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Huntington Park, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

South Gate will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Los Angeles CES at 3:00 p.m. Huntington Park will be paying especially close attention to the Rams' contest: after the Rams face off against the Unicorns, they'll take on Huntington Park again at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
