Basketball Recap: Dover Comes Up Short

Dover lost against Bedford back in February of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dover Green Wave fell just short of the Bedford Bulldogs by a score of 80-78. The Green Wave have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dover's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Bedford, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-3.

Dover will square off against Winnacunnet at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Dover has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Bedford, they will take on Merrimack at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bedford knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 matchups -- so hopefully Merrimack likes a good challenge.
