Volleyball Game Preview: Alisal Trojans vs. Gunn Titans

The Alisal Trojans will square off against the Gunn Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Alisal has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with three straight losses, while Gunn will come in with four straight wins.

Last Thursday, Alisal came up short against Carmel and fell 3-1. While the Trojans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Padres 25-19 in the first set.

Alisal started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-23, 25-12, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Gunn beat Fremont 3-1 on Wednesday.

Gunn was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-15, 25-27, 28-26.

Gunn pushed their record up to 19-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Alisal, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.
