Parkland won the last time they faced Bel Air, and Tyresse Wallace did his part to make sure it happened again. The Parkland Matadors came out on top against the Bel Air Highlanders by a score of 63-51 on Tuesday thanks in part to Wallace, who went 10 of 14 on his way to 21 points and seven boards. What's more, he also posted a 71% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's posted since back in December of 2024.

Another player making a difference was Keyandrey Cager, who went 5 for 10 to rack up 13 points. He is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last three games he's played.

Loss or not, Bel Air got some senior leadership from Matt Hernandez and Marcos Garcia. Hernandez went 9 of 20 en route to 22 points, while Garcia went 5 for 8 on his way to 15 points. Garcia also set a new season-high mark in three-point shooting accuracy with 67%. Sebastian Velasquez was another key player, putting up seven points.

Parkland's record now sits at 8-21. As for Bel Air, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 14-16 record this season.

Parkland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 73-31 win against Horizon on the 7th. As for Bel Air, they have also already played their next contest, a 51-48 defeat against Hanks on the 7th.
