Baseball Game Preview: Kinston Bulldogs vs. Florala Wildcats

For the second straight game, Kinston will face off against Florala. The Bulldogs will head out to challenge the Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kinston will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Last Tuesday, Kinston earned a 4-1 win over Florala.

For Florala's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kennith Dalton Jackson, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Another was Noah Bryan, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases.

Kinston's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.6 runs over those games. As for Florala, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 13-8.
