Soccer Recap: Ennis Triumphs

Ennis won the last time they faced Denison and things went their way on Saturday too. The Ennis Lions beat the Denison Yellow Jackets by a goal, winning 2-1.

Hernan Mendiola and David Triana scored both of Ennis' goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Ennis' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Denison, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Ennis will take on Turner at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Denison, they will face off against Dumas at 8:30 a.m. on Friday.
