Volleyball Recap: Phoenix Takes a Loss

Phoenix lost against Eagle Point back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Pirates fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2.

Phoenix dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Eagle Point, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Phoenix will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Yreka at 6:30 p.m. As for Eagle Point, they will head out on the road to challenge Crater at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. The match will give the Eagles their first taste of in-conference action this season.
