It may have taken ten innings to finish the job, but Wapakoneta ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They skirted past the Fort Recovery Indians 10-9. The win continues a trend for the Redskins in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won three in a row.

Grant Jolly was incredible, getting on base in four of his six plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Jarrett Mullen, who went 3-for-6 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

Wapakoneta's victory bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Fort Recovery, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wapakoneta will host Allen East at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fort Recovery, they will be playing at home against Arcanum at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
