Severance dropped their record down to 19-7 on Friday, which also ended the team's ten-game streak of wins. They lost 15-0 to the Pueblo County Hornets. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Silver Knights have suffered since May 17, 2024.

As for Pueblo County, the win (which was their 18th in a row) raised their record to 24-2. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.9 runs over those games.

For Pueblo County's part, they let Cole Barger and Jacob Gonzales run wild. Barger went a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Gonzales went a perfect 4-for-4 with three doubles, four RBI, and one run. Those five RBI gave Barger a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Pat Noga, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
