Baseball Recap: Pocomoke Takes a Loss

Pocomoke was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 27th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 23-2 to the Parkside Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 23-2 on Monday.

Pocomoke's defeat dropped their record down to 0-24. As for Parkside, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4-1 record this season.

Pocomoke will square off against Washington at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Parkside does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
