Basketball Recap: Eastside Takes a Loss

Eastside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 25th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Adams Central Flying Jets 75-47. The Blazers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Flying Jets from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Eastside's loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Adams Central, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastside will challenge Angola at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Angola will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Eastside surely won't give up without a fight. As for Adams Central, they will face off against Fort Wayne North Side at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
