Baseball Recap: Dwyer Comes Up Short

Dwyer lost to Neumann back in February of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Celtics.

Dwyer got a big performance out of Dom Pecoraro, who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Pecoraro has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Rocco Bianco was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs and one double.

Dwyer has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-6 record this season. As for Neumann, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-8.

Dwyer has already played their next game, a 7-1 victory against Somerset Academy - Canyons on the 26th. As for Neumann, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 6-0 win against Bonita Springs on the 26th.
