Fullerton entered their tilt with JW North on Saturday with three consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the JW North Huskies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 on Saturday.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Fullerton got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 22-25, 15-8.

Despite the loss, JW North still got an impressive performance from Mina Aziz, who had 11 digs and two assists.

Fullerton's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for JW North, they dropped their record down to 2-15 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.

As for JW North, they will challenge Citrus Hill at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Citrus Hill will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something JW North surely won't give up without a fight.
