Bountiful entered their tilt with Viewmont on Wednesday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Viewmont Vikings 62-28. The RedHawks pushed the score to 58-18 by the end of the third, a deficit the Vikings cut but never quite recovered from.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bountiful to victory, but perhaps none more so than Taylor Harvey, who almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine rebounds. Harvey's evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Milika Satuala, who went 5 for 12 en route to 14 points along with six assists and six boards.

Bountiful smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in nine consecutive matchups.

When it comes to explaining why Viewmont lost, don't look at Mary Carr. Despite the final result, she posted seven points and five rebounds.

Bountiful's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-2. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.5 points per game. As for Viewmont, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.

Bountiful will host Northridge at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Bountiful knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Northridge likes a good challenge. As for Viewmont, they will venture away from home to square off against Box Elder at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Viewmont is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.7 points per game this season.
