Baseball Recap: Lake Quinault Extends Home Winning Streak to Eight

Lake Quinault entered their tilt with North Beach on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Hyaks with a sharp 15-4 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 21-16 back in March.

Lake Quinault pushed their record up to 9-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.1 runs on average over those games. As for North Beach, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.
