Basketball Recap: SEED of Miami Takes a Loss

SEED of Miami lost against Miami Union Academy back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The SEED of Miami Bulldogs took a 49-34 bruising from the Miami Union Academy Jaguars.

Miami Union Academy found their leader in sophomore Jadon Savizon, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 12 steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Savizon has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Fabrice Dorgile, who posted nine points in addition to six boards and four steals.

SEED of Miami now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Miami Union Academy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2.

SEED of Miami will face off against Miami Union Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Miami Union Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Edison Private at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Miami Union Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.4 points per game this season.
