Basketball Recap: Tupelo Christian Prep Comes Up Short

Tupelo Christian Prep and Coffeeville squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Tupelo Christian Prep had to settle for second. They came up short against the Coffeeville Pirates, falling 89-64. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (56), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Tupelo Christian Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Coffeeville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Tupelo Christian Prep nor Coffeeville have any future games scheduled.
