Basketball Recap: Valley Union Comes Up Short

Valley Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 49-31 bruising from the Patagonia Lobos. The Blue Devils were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lobos from their previous meeting back in January.

Valley Union's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Patagonia, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Valley Union will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Duncan at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Patagonia will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against San Simon at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
