After flying high against All Saints Episcopal on Friday, Fort Bend Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Eagles took a 61-46 bruising from the St. Francis Episcopal Wolves on Saturday. The Eagles' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Fort Bend Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Sydnee Arocha, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Zoe Bell, who scored 13 points.

Fort Bend Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for St. Francis Episcopal, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coincidentally, Fort Bend Christian Academy and St. Francis Episcopal will both be playing Cypress Christian the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Warriors at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Wolves will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
