With a playoff win on the line, Prairie Ridge rose to the challenge on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Saint Viator Lions, sneaking past 2-1. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

When it comes to explaining why Saint Viator lost, don't look at Rose Berlen. Despite the final result, she had four digs and two aces.

Prairie Ridge's record now sits at 32-7. As for Saint Viator, they moved to 32-8 with that defeat, which also ended their 18-match winning streak.

Coming up, Prairie Ridge will challenge Normal University at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Saint Viator does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
