Softball Recap: Beaverhead County Gets the Win

The Beaverhead County Beavers were able to grind out a solid victory over the Ronan Chiefs on Saturday, taking the game 5-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Beavers.

Beaverhead County's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Mya Creighton, who went 1-for-3 with two runs. Bridget Lovaas also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Beaverhead County's record is now 5-8. As for Ronan, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Beaverhead County will host Columbia Falls at 6:35 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ronan, they will take on Florence-Carlton at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
