Towner-Granville-Upham came into Thursday's matchup having lost nine straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Dunseith Dragons 54-14 on the road. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Titans considering their eight-point performance the game before.

Towner-Granville-Upham got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Daiton Lawrence out in front who picked up 75 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown. Lawrence got the majority of those yards when he pulled down a pass and and took off for a gain of50 yards. Another back making a difference was Eduardo Guzman, who rushed for 82 yards and a touchdown.

Towner-Granville-Upham wouldn't let Dunseith keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. Towner-Granville-Upham can thank Dillon Dragseth and Jaydon Livedalen for forcing all of them. Livedalen also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble and making three total tackles.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Towner-Granville-Upham was moving up and down the field and finished the game with 532 total yards. That's the most total yards they've posted since was before the start of last season.

The victory got Towner-Granville-Upham back to even at 1-1. As for Dunseith, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Towner-Granville-Upham will head out to square off against Tioga at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dunseith, they will square off against Lewis & Clark [Berthold/Our Redeemer's Christian/North Shore] at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Dunseith is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
