Baseball Recap: Gary Has No Trouble Against Kennard

While Gary put up plenty of runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Kennard. The Gary Bobcats blew past the Kennard Tigers 15-0. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bobcats considering their two-run performance the contest before.

The victory made it two in a row for Gary and bumps their season record up to 2-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 12 runs. As for Kennard, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Bobcats face off against the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kennard, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 14-0 defeat against Douglass on the 22nd.
