Basketball Recap: Cadott Takes a Loss

Cadott was the 70-57 winner over Chetek-Weyerhaeuser when they last played one another back in February of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Cadott Hornets were just a bucket shy of victory on Monday and fell 83-82 to the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Bulldogs. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cadott's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Chetek-Weyerhaeuser, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-12.

Coming up, Cadott will square off against Fall Creek at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Chetek-Weyerhaeuser has already played their next contest (against Barron), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
