Football Recap: Stilwell Indians vs. Glenpool Warriors
Stilwell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a 21-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glenpool Warriors. The match was a 3-3 toss-up at halftime, but the Indians couldn't quite close it out.
Despite the defeat, Stilwell saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Brayton Carter picked up 133 receiving yards and a touchdown. Carter's receiving production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 133 receiving yards.
Stilwell's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Glenpool, the victory snapped their losing streak at ten games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-9 record.
As of now, neither Stilwell nor Glenpool have any future games scheduled.
