Rosemead has been away from home for two games now, but on Wednesday they'll finally make their return. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Panthers dukes it out withthe El Monte Lions at 3:30 p.m. Rosemead will be strutting in after a win while El Monte will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Friday, Rosemead made easy work of Arroyo and carried off a 3-0 victory.
Rosemead never let Arroyo on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 27-25, 25-20.
Rosemead was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in 17 consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, El Monte lost 3-0 to Gabrielino on Friday.
