Soccer Recap: Wheatmore Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Wheatmore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to the Thomasville Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Thomasville this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 back in September.

Wheatmore's goal came courtesy of Carter Queen, who's now up to 18 this season.

Wheatmore's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Thomasville, their win bumped their record up to 7-4-3.

Wheatmore wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against East Davidson on the 15th. As for Thomasville, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against West Davidson on the 15th.
