After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Marshfield, North Valley was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Klamath Union Pelicans with a sharp 9-3 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

North Valley is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Klamath Union, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, North Valley will be playing at home against Mazama at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Klamath Union, they will square off against Hidden Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Pelicans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Mustangs have averaged an impressive 7.9 runs per game this season.
