After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Marlboro Central, Highland was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Spackenkill Spartans by a score of 8-3. That's more bragging rights for the Huskies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Highland has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Spackenkill, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-9.

Coming up, Highland will be playing at home against Beacon at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Spackenkill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
