After soaring to 62 points the game before, Bonanza were a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They were beaten by Somerset Academy Losee 49-12. Bonanza was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-2.
Southeast Career Tech suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They were dealt a 71-34 loss at the hands of Somerset Academy Losee. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Southeast Career Tech in their matchups with Somerset Academy Losee: they've now lost four in a row.
Despite the loss, Southeast Career Tech got a solid performance out of Morgan Sweet, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds. Sweet is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last three games she's played.
Bonanza has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Southeast Career Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-13.
