Basketball Recap: Belt Skates Past Cut Bank with Ease

Belt had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Cut Bank Wolves 61-16. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Huskies as it put an end to their three-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Cut Bank is on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Belt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cut Bank, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Choteau at 7:30 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
