Softball Recap: Lynden Has No Trouble Against Squalicum

Lynden not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since May 15, 2024. They put the hurt on the Squalicum Storm with a sharp 19-6 win. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Storm recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

The win got Lynden back to even at 4-4. As for Squalicum, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lynden will challenge rival Meridian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Squalicum is set to take on their familiar foe Blaine at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
