Basketball Game Preview: Hempfield Black Knights vs. Dallastown Wildcats

The Hempfield Black Knights will head out to take on the Dallastown Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Hempfield is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.

Hempfield is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They lost to William Penn on the road by a 70-55 margin on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Dallastown was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Dover 74-24. That looming 74-24 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wildcats yet this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Dallastown and bumps their season record up to 5-4. As for Hempfield, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Hempfield beat Dallastown 52-41 when the teams last played back in January of 2021. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hempfield since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
