Norfolk Catholic faced David City in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Knights came out on top against the Scouts by a score of 2-0. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on five straight.

Ava Wemhoff paced Norfolk Catholic's offense, picking up 12 kills. Wemhoff got some help from Sidonia Wattier and her 20 assists. Kinsey Chandler and Mallory Wolf kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Norfolk Catholic's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for David City, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-2 record.

Looking ahead, Norfolk Catholic will take on Lutheran-Northeast at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for David City, they will face off against Raymond Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
