On Wednesday, Albany got the win against Springfield by a conclusive 13-2. The victory continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won seven in a row.

For Springfield's part, Will Sanders made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
