Baseball Recap: Seattle Academy Comes Up Short

Seattle Academy managed to slip by Nathan Hale the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Cardinals came up short against the Raiders on Wednesday, falling 9-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cardinals have suffered since April 28, 2025.

Seattle Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eli Herst, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Seattle Academy's loss dropped their record down to 10-8-2. As for Nathan Hale, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5.

Coming up, Seattle Academy will challenge Roosevelt at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Nathan Hale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
